Return & Exchange Policy

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us before making a return or exchange so we can review the situation and determine the best way to help.

Returns must be requested within 20 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original, unused condition, including appearance and smell. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, pet hair, smoke, perfume, deodorant, or other odors.

Custom and personalized items are non-returnable unless the mistake or defect was caused by us. We are not responsible for incorrect designs, prints, files, sizing, spelling, names, dates, or other information provided or approved by the customer. So, please always double check before submitting. Orders made using customer-provided or customer-approved information cannot be returned or refunded due to an error in that information.

After 20 days from the date your order is received, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, replacements, refunds, or claims.
